It is full of things to do and no fun at all. To have our desk change and decorated is out of option since it will take some times to do it and our job is not in the waiting list. Actually, decorating your desk can be done just by doing simple things. Some people put their family pictures in a frame, some people put flowers in their desk and some other put cute things in their desk. Since I'm not a kind of person that wants to be troubled by cleaning the frame every day, watering the plant, etc I found that having flower paperclip can brighten my desk a bit.
